At Supreme Handtools, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your tools within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
